I would not recommend Mr. Davis and luckily for me we found out before hand that we wasn't knowledgeable with all avenues of bankruptcy and decided to chose someone else. That did not seem to bother him ad he wants to just do the quickest fastest way to get you done and get your money

Great lawyer. Had my bankruptcy discharged with ease and no creditors can bother me now. He also returns phone calls fast. My case was simple though.

I advise no one to use him as a bankruptcy lawyer...He has very little if any knowledge of bankruptcy law. I should have taken the advise of of other attorneys who said not to retain him for that purpose and I didn't listen. 07-16-18 In response from the owner's reply, his comment is untrue. He recieved $350.00 UP FRONT. Everything was filled out and we were not aware of a judgement until the day before the confirmation of the Chapter 13, which was done illegally and has since been overturned. This attorney did not want to pursue this issue and advise us to just let it get dismissed. The IRS debt was not an issue as it had been reduced due to a rep from the IRS at the Meeting of Creditors. As far as the comment of us "not wanting to proceed with our chapter 13", is also untrue. This attorney just did not want to be bothered and again advised us to just let it get dismissed at the confirmation. Because of his advise, we lost our house. We were warned by other attorneys and other bankruptcy officials not to use him for a chapter 13 as he was new to the bankruptcy laws and wasn't up-to-date on certain things. As for the other areas of law that he practices, he may be an excellent attorney. I just don't advise using him for a chapter 13.
