- ABadam bibelhauserAug 19, 20221.0I would never recommend these guys for anything. * Justin missed multiple meetings. * He had a self-centered attitude and was in no way interested in treating us like customers * Lack of GC presence on-site made the relationship unsustainable * They estimated this to be a 6 to 8 week project… at week 8 they were 34% complete which was one factor in their termination * Had to request significant re-work before termination: * Re-framing around chimney * Re-framing around HVAC humidifier * Re-framing and re-hanging of drywall in stairwell * Re-framing in bathroom * Re-work of plumbing for shower * Sewer line was left leaking for multiple days * After termination we had to have other contractors fix multiple issues including… * Property damage: Time Two punched a hole through the stairwell wall into the 1st floor bathroom * The steps were never framed, and drywall was hung around the old steps – required additional framing and drywall re-work * Gas lines left in the way of drywall and hanging low in the room… they were never re-routed –required drywall and framing re-work in addition to relocation of the lines * Two water lines needed to be re-routed at the bottom of the steps * Multiple electrical wires were placed in a low hanging manner in the same space and required re-routing * Multiple electrical flex conduits were left dangling in the bathroom and had to be re-routed – requiring electrical and drywall re-work * There were huge gaps everywhere between the bottom of the floor joists and the 1st floor – this required additional framing and drywalling * The floor patch in the laundry area was poorly done, un-even, and rough. This required a skim coat before the floor could be epoxy painted * Plumbing was not vented to code and permits were not done
