  EDIT IN RESPONSE TO THE OWNER I recorded two of your employees admitting they took what they wanted. Would you like to hear the recording?? I can email it to you. Just apologize, admit you were wrong and do better next time. I donated to weecyle, not to you and your employees. Original review: Mom collected toys and after she died I couldn't find anyone to buy them so I decided to donate them to an organization that gives them to kids who would love them. Timbuk Toys is a drop location for the organization. A week after I donated I went in to the store to see what the situation with my donation was and sure enough, the employees were all allowed to go through and take what they wanted. I would never donate my toys for such a thing. Very icky. I feel very sad and regret having trusted Timbuk Toys with my donation.

  What an excellent store which has a wide selection at fair prices and a wonderful toy store vibe! The customer service, knowledge, and help provided by Anne Marie was stellar! I wish more people in the world were like her! Will definitely be coming back!
