Ineffective. **This isn’t just a bad neighbor situation — it’s a psychological siege.** If you're thinking, “Oh, how bad can it be?” — trust me, you don't want to find out. This place isn't just poorly managed — it’s a **crime against the basic human right to feel safe in your own home.** The only peace I’ve had here has come from prayer and the unwavering presence of God. **He is the only protector in this place.** Move here if you want to test your spirit. Otherwise, **run — don't walk.**

  Don't move in here !! These apartments are not upgraded. Maintenance doesn't come when you put work order in the office always has excuses why they can't send them. And when you try calling they never answer even tho they are just sitting there listening to the phone ring and ring they purposely ignore your calls . This place is not worth paying close the 2,000 non of the things work properly in the units

  Melissa and V was very helpful and nice and really helped me with the application process very nicely professionally handle and have compassion for people and it feel good that people like yall working with the public good job
