I was involved in a total loss 3 car accident. State Farm was awesome and on time with every detail from the start, had a rental right away. Tow service from accident site to tow yard and repair shop all on time. All paperwork sent to me via email to sign always on time. State Farm employees were awesome, understanding what I was going through and very specific as far as explaining every detail so that I can have a better understanding of what is going on and really took care of me, something I never experienced with GEICO or PROGRESSIVE. State Farm made a very dire situation much more manageable for me, they had me very relaxed. I will definitely put my new car under State Farm again and suggest everyone to use State Farm for their automobile insurance needs.
