We went to several stores before a friend referred Tim. The top tier knowledge and 5 star service they provide is unheard of these days. He took the time to find out our needs and wants. educate us on various products and find something in our price range. The staff has always been friendly and helpful before and after our purchase. We have had questions since our purchase and they always answer with kindness. Tim's pools and spas has our business and referrals for life. We purchased a Tropic Seas Waikiki elite 91 x 91 hottub.

This place is fantastic. Tim is extremely knowledgeable and walked through all of my spa options. He never pressured me once. My tub is great and the customer service has been excellent.
