Tim’s Complete Landscaping is absolutely top-notch! Their work is beautiful, meticulous, and truly elevates our outdoor space. They’re reliable, professional, and consistently go the extra mile to make sure everything looks perfect. A special shoutout to Jim, our service rep—he’s responsive, patient, and always willing to help with any questions or requests. It’s rare to find a team that combines skill with such genuine customer care, and we couldn’t be happier with their service. Highly recommend!

Unfortunately, Tims landscaping company do a very poor job and leave a mess behind when completing a job. They trimmed Ivy that trellis over my Water Feature with a weed-eater, Leaving a bunch of debris in my pond. Now my pond has to be serviced by a professional because of all the debris. I’ve asked them several times not to allow their people in my yard yet. They continue to make a mess each week. I do not recommend their services at all. They are absolutely terrible. And you cannot reach a manager or Tim himself because they refused to return phone calls or be held accountable for their mistakes and the damage they leave behind. They have been asked several times throughout the years to stay off my Water Feature Rocky, and leave the Ivy alone however, they continue to ignore homeowners requests. I simply do not recommend them unless you can afford to repair the damage they leave behind.

I am beyond disappointed with the lack of response and accountability from Tim’s Landscaping. I had sod installed in January—yes, in winter—after being assured by them that it would be fine. Along with the sod, I also had a tree installed. From day one, I have done everything possible to keep the sod alive: regular watering, sprinklers, seeding and light trimming. Despite my efforts, by March and April the sod started rapidly deteriorating. I reached out multiple times and was told they would come out in the spring to address the issue—but they never showed up. No follow-up calls, no visits, nothing. I spent nearly $4,000 for a very small area, and this has turned out to be the worst investment I’ve ever made. The sod is now completely ruined, and I have to start all over again. Update: This is my son’s account. I had install in Jan 8th by Tim’s complete landscaping. I have called multiple times with front desk saying someone will call back but no one has. - Deqo

Crazy consultation fees upfront and in 30 minute increment on top of that as if they are law firm.. you will be broke before you can even start your landscaping project..What a joke!

I had a disappointing experience with Tim’s Landscaping. Jacob, who came out to assess the project, was very polite and helpful. He even took a video and assured me I’d have a quote by Friday. We discussed all the details I wanted addressed—including moving about 8 rocks back into place to create a clean, orderly line. Jacob said it was no problem. When I received the initial quote, that item wasn’t listed. I assumed it was such a minor fix that it would be included. I called to confirm, and Jacob called back to apologize, saying he needed to revise the quote and that there would be a “small increase” to account for about an hour of extra work. To my surprise, the revised quote added over $900. When I expressed my shock, the response I received was simply, “Sorry for the sticker shock.” For what was presented as a small adjustment, this was excessive and poorly handled. Based on this experience, I would not recommend Tim’s Landscaping. Clear communication and fair pricing are essential in a service-based business—and this interaction fell short on both counts.
