Had to hire another company to prepare our taxes because the ones Tim prepared were ridiculous and made no sense at all. Now he will not work with us on getting any old information for our new Agent. After 10+ years of a relationship and business we are lost for words on how he is treating us. Do yourself a favor and do not seek advice or services from Mr. Tim Riley.

- MMMeghanOct 11, 20202.0Was ok in the beginning. Pros a "capture". The front desk staff is very nice but good luck hearing from anyone else. The just kind of gave up on my husband's claim. They have not bothered to return his last call. We are left disheartened and with questions. Would not recommend.
