Terrible experience. If you enjoy a man you degrades you and blames your frustration on being emotional, go here. If you love secretaries who lie about your husband go here. This is probably one of the worst experiences I have ever had. Jenn shared personal information with an unauthorized third party who was not a signer on my policy and then changed my policy without written or verbal consent. We just got our MONTHLY bill and it went from $120 to $300 for this month. She messed up our bill so bad and when I tried to speak to Tim he shut me down, called me emotional and said there was nothing he could do about it.
