  They will rip you off, they tax and charge outrageous prices, they gave me a bid for 6k to change out my shower handle shut offs, I purchased a ten dollar piece for shower and the leaking stopped, they also gave me a bid for 500 bucks to change out a 30 dollar piece of equipment on my air conditioner, I called another company and they only charged $120, I highly recommend not using tiger, we are "club" members and it doesn't benefit the customer at all, I see more and more 1 star reviews showing up for tiger, tiger stop charging outrageous prices, your starting to lose a lot of business, everyone in town that I talk to, knows how much of a rip off tiger is, sorry if this is harsh but it's the truth

  I have said it before but it’s definitely worth re-iterating, Tiger Services is excellent at training the tech’s that have taken care of my HVAC equipment for the last two years! Had the pleasure of meeting Ryan Harris for the first time today and, after checking my brand new AC unit, he further found some issues with parts and replaced one and quoted me half off another I plan on dealing with soon. He removed and cleaned the blower on the inside air exchanger and hosed down the outer unit. His knowledge of my system just gave me another level of confidence knowing I chose the right business to trust the maintenance of my equipment with. TWO MAJOR THUMBS UP TIGER!

  Customer service was respectful and Bryce understood my concerns. Thank you
