  I was pulled over for speeding, arrested and charged with a DUI. On top of losing my drivers license, I was facing losing my job, professional license, work authorization(I’m a foreigner), and most likely never getting my citizenship(naturalization) which meant that I’d have to return to a country with an active war after living in the US for over fifteen years. Jay has provided continuous guidance through every step of the process. Jay and Krista have been very responsive(within minutes) and attentive to my needs, questions and concerns. As a result of Jay’s outstanding work my case has been dismissed, and I regained my life back. I can’t thank Jay Tiftickjan enough for his hard work and dedication. Jay is a very calm individual. He helped me better understand the situation i put myself in and always looked out for my best interest.
