Lost the def head sensor on my 2022 Allegro Bus. Tiffin informed the mechanic they didn’t have the part and didn’t know when they would. I reached out via email and received an immediate response requesting my serial number. I provided the serial number and have received zero contact since. I have sent several emails requesting if they have figured out a timeline and no response. Not returning customer service emails is a very poor way of doing business, especially on a luxury item. I purchased a Tiffin due to their reputation for taking care of their customers. I’m certainly not seeing that in my case. Bad news is better than no news.

Tiffin service center tried “4” times to repair my roof to no avail…just bizarre that the manufacture cannot repair this…totally useless

Never ever buy a Tiffin Motorhome. We purchased a 2022 Allegro Red 33AA, brand new and nothing but issues. The first year wasn't too bad it was under warranty. But we had a delamination issue over the driver's side and last friday I called them and was told by a technician that the motorhome had a 5 year limited warranty on delamination. This motorhome was purchased in april 2022 so I was told I was between year 3 and 4 so 50% coverage. When the dealership sent them the quote they responded by saying they had told me no coverage which wasn't true. So I called them back today which is Tuesday and now I am being informed that the coverage is only good for 3 years and I miss that by4 months. So now they won't pay for it. I am canadian so the cost of this is 2000 dollars so their share would be 1000 (600 US) but they are saying no. Don't buy TIFFIN, we are now in the process of trying to get rid of it. Everytime we take it out it breaks down and costs us oodles of money especially when you are in the U.S. We try to make it back to Canada if we can they are Better and don't charge exorbitant prices like the U.S. does. I could go on and on about the problems but I am done. We will sucker someone else to buy it I guess.

We love this place . Everyone is very friendly. Horace in the oil change bay is so friendly. Mark that booked all of our issues was great. Jerome in the express Bay was great. He delt with all our issues and kept us up to date on what he found. Paula was a sweetheart with getting us into a bay for service was great. The men from lippert were great also. They finally fixed our slid out. The campground is a nice touch. Love talking to other Tiffin's about their trips. We will be back next year.

I was considering a Tiffin but after seeing a disturbing video of two ladies and their horrendous ordeal with their purchase Ive decided to take my funds elsewhere.
