  No call no show when I called the main office all she could say Tim was sick and she couldn’t have let me know before hand because she does not have his appointment book what a great way to run a company

  I would not use this company and tend to believe the reviews that say crews did not show up. I called 3 times for an estimate and never received a follow up call. Shea did tell me to call back if no one returned my call. It must be good to have so much business that you can't get a return phone call or an estimate. Follow up to your response-Thank you for your response. My real name is Dennis and I left you my contact information on 3 separate occasions. This should be more than sufficient for me to get a response/estimate. Obviously, there is an internal breakdown in communication. If it were my business, I would focus on this basic process. Why is my salesperson not getting this information? I have moved on gave the job to another sub-contractor.

  Tim did a great job. Come in and gave us an estimate for what we needed and with in few weeks we had insulation done. Company was very understanding and helpful in getting the job done before Christmas. The insulation only took few hours for the entire house. Great job to this company.
