  Tica installed our new furnace and fixed our central A/C that has been broken for 4 years. Charles and Aaron did an outstanding job. They were professional, courteous,polite, and answered any questions we had. After the job was completed they throughly cleaned up leaving no mess. Thank you Tica for a job well done👏. We highly recommend Tica for all your heating and A/C needs.

  So about three weeks ago my AC stopped cooling. It is 8 years old and was installed by Tica so its still under warranty (parts). It was a Thursday night so I had to call the after hours number. The tech called back, said it sounds like the capacitor, he said I would have to pay the overtime labor but that the part was covered. But he had 2 more jobs ahead of me and doubted he would be out that night. I called the office the next morning and again explained my situation and was told that no one could get to me that day and that the overtime list for that night was full. It would probably be next week. I explained that I was supposed to leave town and its a warranty issue and you installed it. Same response. Since I was trying to get out of town and needed this fixed, I called another company knowing that I would have to pay labor and parts. Tica called back and said they checked and saw that I was in fact on the overtime list for later that night. The other company got to me that morning and 20 minutes later it was fixed. So I called Tica back and cancelled. And I am aware that parts can go out at anytime but they had just been out to do a spring checkup on the condenser a couple of months prior and said everything looked good. I guess I just expected a little better response to my issue from the place it I bought it from, the Trane dealer and that it took 20 minutes for the other company to fix it.

  Tica co. Won And is number one for so many reasons! And I’ve only done business with them so far just the estimate portion of shopping heat pumps, AC. Showed up on time had a detailed estimate the next day outlining different heat pump options, labor warranty cost, and left his number that I could text and call any business hours and get a call back and a message back right away Unfortunately, my three estimates for AC did not go well as Jessie heating and cooling never sent me an estimate And designer drop the ball and is not the same company that I worked with 13 years ago I kept getting their estimate, including a furnace or not Including everything we had discussed. Save your time save your money go with Tica co. And Tica, they have an amazing annual service plan (for fall and Spring) that’s super affordable compared to design air! It is gonna be very hard to stop my Train* installed by Tica co.!

  My condenser stopped working and A/C would not kick on called on Sunday and a tech came out Monday morning, come to find a loose wire-something simple our unit kicked on immediately. Thank you tica I am very pleased with this company that is what you call good business and my loyalty
