The original Thousand Trails preserve, Chehalis RV Camping has spectacular views of Mount Rainier from one side and Mount St Helens from the other side. A 300-acre Puget Sound RV campground, the preserve offers private campsites amid a forest of maple, alder, and Douglas fir trees.
Come visit Chehalis RV Camping where the umbrella of trees line the roadways to your camping sites, and lush green ferns will take your breath away. This Puget Sound RV campground is the ultimate in camping experiences: lots of amenities, beautiful hiking trails, and local area attractions that will certainly keep you entertained.
We love this RV Campground!!! The staff is always friendly and kind. The campsites are well kept and staff is always working on a project somewhere.

I wish you could rate rangers and managers separately on here. Rangers are amazing consistently and very kind, but After dealing with Brians’ (site manager) dramatically demeaning attitude, I find it hard to ask Brian, the SITE MANAGER for any help. I myself am a franchise Manager of a restaurant, and as a leader myself, I am dissatisfied and baffled with how awful he treats people with all the confidence in the world. I already talked to corporate and they expressed this is not a new issue and they will be addressing it. HOPEFULLY something changes, because for the last 2 years I see nothing but complaints about the guy. ALL office staff and country shop workers close at noon most days, I watch them leave early almost everyday. So the stores and managers are never available. When we all pay THOUSANDS of dollars to be a THOUSAND trails, we should at least receive bare minimum respect and accommodations listed to be available. So if you come here, CALL CORPORATE instead, they answer their phones every time and respond quickly to your messages with help.

Great park. Would be nice if they had more septic sites. Nice trails. Super clean bathrooms.

Brain the manager bent over backwards to help Accommodate us. The rest of the Rangers were super friendly, knowledgeable, and ready to help. Brian did what the thousand trails help desk couldn't do. Great Thousand trails!!!
