This is a campground. The initial drive up was great. Intiaaly pleased because the bathhouse was clean, even if it did need repairs. However, even though we booked early, and there were other open spots, we were given a campsite down a rutted dirt drive, on an unlevel site. We could have probably made due, but when we went to hook up the water, we had to wait for the rusty water to clear and when plugging in, we had to remove and kill the hornets nest. All I ask is that you check the sites you are putting people on, make it seem like we are not just a space holder and a pay day.

We got a 1 year membership free when we bought our trailer. We came in after close. First the sites are tiny and dirty. Next the handle was broken off the spigot so we had to use pliers. WiFi is not free. Not even a fire ring at our site. No place for chairs or anything else. Smelled like sewage. We went to bed and pulled out in the morning. Never again!

This is a very nice park with great staff. We have stayed at many thousand trails over the year it is one of the best. It is a little tight for big rigs but definitely doable with some caution.
