Had a broken spring on my garage door and John came out to fix it. He was professional, efficient, and did a great job getting everything working again. The repair was completed quickly and the door operates smoothly now. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely use them again!

Absolutely incredible experience as a first time service repair customer. Dustin was super knowledgeable, friendly, efficient, and respectful of our space. He earned all of my future business.
Brian showed up on time and explained what he was doing to me. He did an excellent job and got my garage door working smoothly. Thank you for a job well done
We had Pat out this summer hoping to fix a door that had gotten very loud and shaky when opening. He just replicated what I had done, lubricating the springs, hinges, etc. And, just as with my efforts the results were the same: smooth operation the next 2 or 3 uses, then a return to the loud and shaking clackety-clack at opening. Not a good use of our $150.

The technician did fix my garage door and explained that my original shaft system couldn’t be serviced with the parts they had. He asked before doing an overhaul, but at that point I felt stuck — if I said no, I would still be charged $149 for the visit. The final cost ended up being $580 instead of the $300 estimate I was given.
If I had known upfront that my shaft type wasn’t supported and the job would cost nearly double, I would have looked for another company that had the correct spring in stock. The work was completed, but I think the company should do a better job asking about the type of system customers have before booking, so the quote given is accurate and customers can make a fully informed choice.
Note : The invoice just says $580. No split of cost for each parts.
