I spoke with a very pleasant and respectful professional yesterday and missed a call. When I returned the call today... the individual acted like she didn't know what I was referring to, who I spoke with, and was nasty. When I explained the matter.. she began conducting herself like she was a licensed attorney and responded "Excuse Me" for correcting her. If you plan on being unprofessional I would advice you not to work for a law firm. The support staff directly impacts the practicing attorneys reputationadvd business. When referenced the person before took all the necessary information and spoke with the attorney.. it became concerning that this individual was unaware and that noted weren't stored in a secure area. I kindly told her I would not be doing the unprofessionalism and disrespect today and hung up. I would recommend training or removing this type of person from your place of practice. I'll be sure to share my experience with friends and family in the area. Have a blessed day!

On April 10th, I spoke with Attorney Breeden about my case. Before scheduling, I explained my concerns to his paralegal, who told me she would confirm with him first. Within 15 minutes she called me back and said yes, this was a type of case he could handle. Based on that assurance, I paid the required $75 consultation fee, as it was the only way to secure an appointment. When I met with Attorney Breeden, I began explaining the details of my situation. Instead of allowing me to finish, he interrupted and dismissed key points, even telling me that a lender could simply choose to charge interest only, despite what the contract stated. I disagreed, and when I pressed further he abruptly said he could not help me. His demeanor was curt, and he ended the consultation with “Is there anything else?” I left feeling misled and disappointed. I had trusted that the consultation fee would give me a fair evaluation, but instead I felt rushed, unheard, and brushed off. In my opinion, this was not a professional or respectful experience. If you are considering working with this attorney, I recommend proceeding with caution.

I paid 100 for a consultation that lasted 10 minutes. He didn’t let me even finish my question. Sounded very condescending. And added “urgency” to my retainer starting at 5k to have him hired on to my case before September 8. Ridiculous. I know attorneys cost a lot but not with this attitude and demeanor. Look elsewhere.
