  I spoke with Bob at Thomas Land Surveying, LLC this morning over the phone while I was commuting to work. I have an old home on some acreage and it's been unclear where my property line truly is. I called into the county and I wasn't able to find anything through their website so I decided to call a local surveyor to ask for advice. Bob was super helpful and he actually looked up the property and was able to send me the document of the last last survey that was performed. Without question, he asked for my email and attached a PDF file of said survey. I was kind of blown away how helpful he was because I had run into so many similar snags when doing other research about the property. I know when I'm further along in my home development process I'll be calling Bob again and hiring him for the work I need in the future.
