  We just had Todd out to do a service maintenance on our furnace. He was very knowledgeable and explained things about the maintenance process that was new to me. I was truly impressed and appreciated his explanations of the procedure. He is the best of the best! Thank you Todd,

  We did have problems after setting up the initial appt. No one showed. Apparently appt was never entered in system. Reschedule. Kyle came out today. Professional and pleasant. We agreed we needed a new water softner which is scheduled for 10/28.

  Brandon L and his team did a great job installing our new furnace and AC today. Kyle reviewed all our plumbing as well. They were all very knowledgeable and courteous. We have recently moved and Thielmann has been very responsive and helpful.

  We had Nick K come out and do a diagnostic on our AC unit and he went above and beyond not only to figure out the problem but to find out the exactly how specific the problem was! Not only was he so professional explaining everything to me and breaking it down but he really took the time to make sure we got the best price and the best service. We had to wait a little to pay for the repair but he had the part all ready to go the day I called ready to have the service done. Amazing service by him and the company will be making sure we have him on our future calls to our home!

  I called today inquiring about raising our AC condenser unit. Not only did they have someone come right after I got off of work, they sent one of the best human beings I’ve ever met in my life. Mike Yellick, professional, knowledgable, polite and for reasons I will not share an AMAZING young man. Come to find out I’m going to have to update due to the age of the unit. Mike educated me on everything I need to know and understand when I am able to do so. Based off of his integrity, I will not even entertain going with another company. Proud of the company he works for speaks volumes coming from him. I work with contractors and salesmen all the time for my job and I’ve never had such an anmazing interaction as I did today. I could go on and on but I’m happy I called the right place with the right people for the job! Mike thank you for the elite professionalism and education, I can’t wait to speak again soon. Thielmann, thank you!
