  In 2021 our furnace went out. We called Thielmann's and we're assisted by Brian P. He was kind and knowledgeable! Working with them was a very positive experience. Now this last week our A/C stopped working. We obviously knew who to call. I really love how prior to the appointment time a picture of the employee along with their bio is sent via text. It is nice to know beforehand who is coming to your house. Nicholas H. came to assess and from his bio I saw that he has 24yrs experience in the industry! He thoroughly explained the issue with our A/C. He detailed why it would would nolonger work (beside the fact that it is a 1990/35yrs old!). We felt assured with his recommendation to get a new one. Brian P. then came and he was beyond helpful in choosing a surprisingly affordable new unit that would fit our house best. Thank you Thielmann's for having kind, smart, wonderful employees!

  Our air conditioning went out the first week of needing air conditioning this season (of course!); we have a two story home, so getting this resolved quickly and for the best price was my mission. Based off of other reviews, I contacted The Thielmann Group for a quote. It was the little things that ultimately swayed our decision for purchase, that really made The Thielmann Group shine: when coming into our home they respected our space and immediately put on disposable booties over work boots (thanks, Steve!), offered personal recommendations knowing our particular space and situation (rather than the biggest sale) and the prompt turn around of our quote so that we had a minute to process the quotes we received and to make the best decision for us. We were able to get our system installed within one business day of accepting the quote. The crew of (3) arrived, with Chris leading the installation. They were efficient, pleasant, and knowledgeable In less than five hours, they were able to remove both our old A/C and furnace (we decided to replace both due to age) and install a new A/C and furnace. From initial consult contact to completion of installation, we were very happy with our decision and felt good about the price we paid for comfort within our home. We highly recommend The Thielmann Group for any heating/cooling needs. Thank you!

  We had a tech out to service our central air unit for freezing up. Tech arrived on time and had the issue figured out within a few minutes with a quote of $600. It took him another 20 minutes to service the system with one pound of freon and add dye. He then presented me with a $900 bill. I know he doesn't control the price, but I'm pretty disappointed that the price went up $300 in 20 minutes. Took a 5 star review to a 2 star pretty quickly.

  We got a mini split installed and they were extremely adamant our electric bill would go down. It did not. They gave us a broken unit and when they tried to fix it, they gave us the wrong one. I am still waiting on a new unit cover a month later. Also keep bugging me about financing—which I understand, COMPLETELY —but they have directed me to two financing companies and not told me which one they would submit the invoice to. I am not going to take out a loan with company X when I owe company Y the money. For so much $$, you’d think this process would go a little smoother.
