Jeremy came out to diagnose my boiler that would not turn on. He suggested a repair to replace some of the parts. He stated I did not need a new boiler system installed. He was very straight forward, polite, and answered any questions that I had. I had another heating company that wanted me to have a complete new boiler system installed at the tune of 12k. Needless to say they were way out of line.
Thielmann was awesome to work with abd so was Jeremy. I would not hesitate to do business with them again.
Jacob did a great job! I appreciated that he hand washed our Aprilaire filter. He got us all set up for winter and addressed my one concern regarding our air conditioner.
Branden B installed our new furnace. Arrived on time and did a great job! Branden explained and clarified everything with the install. He also walked us through setting up our new thermostat which was very helpful. Everything was cleaned up and hauled away. Could not be happier with the service. Highly recommend. Thanks Branden!

They charged us $100 to do absolutely nothing and tried to sell us a whole new furnace.
We had water damage to our control boards after our basement flooded in the recent flooding in Milwaukee. We called and told them that our control boards were water damaged and we had no AC. They asked for pictures and we sent pictures of the water damaged boards. Then the tech came out two days later and before he stepped food in the house advised that he can’t do anything if it’s water damage. Foolishly, I didn’t slam the door in his face. Instead, he came in, looked at the furnace for about a minute, confirmed that what we had already told them was water damage was in fact water damage, and then tried to sell me a new furnace (bear in mind, he couldn’t give me an estimate on a new furnace—I’d have to wait until Monday so another person could come out and waste my time to price me on a new system). I repeatedly asked if they can’t do this job, is there some other type of professional I should reach out to, and the tech repeatedly told me no one would work on this system and my only option was to buy an entire new furnace. He also told me my one-year-old furnace was low quality and told me no one will work on my water heaters either because of the water damage. So I called another HVAC company and they promptly ordered the parts and will be replacing my control boards.
Thielman charged me $100 for this bs—they did absolutely NOTHING but take my money and sell me lies.
If you know beforehand you can’t provide the requested service—repairing a water damaged control boards—don’t send a tech out and charge me $100 to do nothing. Super unethical, super frustrating. Go elsewhere for your HVAC needs.

We had water damage to our basement where our furnace/AC control boards are and asked if this is something they could help service. They asked for additional info and we specifically said “water damage” and sent pictures of our control boards which even to a non expert could see a water line where the board got ruined. They said they could help, sent out a tech, Ron, who even before stepping in our door said there was nothing they could do but offer a new furnace and AC unit, but decided to step in and confirm what we already told them… there was water damage in only a couple minutes. Then proceeded to charge a hundred dollars and repeated himself. There is absolutely nothing that can be done besides installing a brand new furnace and AC. We called other HVAC companies who are happy to replace our control boards. Absolutely unbelievable. Unprofessional, unethical. Charging us for a service call to only tell us they cannot help with issue we clearly gave them. Pushing new furnaces and AC and misleading us that nobody in the industry would even touch our furnace or AC with water damage. So disappointing
