  Wow! Blown away by the customer service here. My wife was shopping and Nick provided the best customer service in a retail space I have ever seen. He was patient, listened to my wife's request for size, color, style and he was thoughtful at the end shared a Father's Day promo with me. I highly recommend this Theory location for the ladies!

  Theory is very good brand and I love to shop from there specially from Woodbury outlet. I had a very bad experience with Kristin W. the casher. She is the rudest person I had in history. I highly recommend manager to interview there employees. I would never go if there are people like her in the store.

  The customer service here was terrible. The women I dealt with was nasty and the others did not seem nice either. I walked out traumatized and shaking. I will never shop here again and neither will my family. Being treated well is more important than clothing or money and there are so many other stores with sales associates who treat you with respect and dignity.
