  Nice staff but the music is SO loud. The music wasn’t bad, just loud. Staff was nice. Clothes should be steamed. They lack of elegance made me think this was an outlet location.

  Took some time to write this to see if the company would do a proper re-follow up with me. The manager in the store is the deplorable I caution anyone who is darker skin tone to not go into the store. My experience indicated to me that I was being racially profiled by the manager. Upon returning an item, my experience was he was accusatory and questioning my return. I’m still in shock that this person even is able to oversee and manage the store. As soon as I recall his name, I’ll put it back in to this review, it wasn’t worth even giving him any space in my mind. In addition to the horrible customer service at the top level of this establishment, I would also know that there’s merchandise just isn’t worth the price or the time. Maybe if they offered a semi luxury experience with customer care it could explain and justify the price level, but given that that they give bargain rate service, their prices do not deserve it, nor does the quality of the items merit what you’d pay. I highly recommend going upstairs to mango or Zara once it opens again. But honestly, you’d get much better clothing and service at H&M so don’t waste your time with this place.

  Theory have done a great job with their store. The tragedy is that they are in a centre that is soulless and uninteresting.
