  We have dealt with the Offices of Theodore A. Gollnick, P.A. for the last five years regarding the guardianship of our daughter. The process has been relatively simple with an outline of questions about her residence, health needs, social activities, etc. Mr. Gollnick takes the input we provide on an annual basis and submits it to the required court for processing. If an unexpected question or problem arises, he deals with it immediately. Most of our interactions have been completed online or by phone, with consistent reminders of impending deadlines and other requirements. All legal matters have been handled efficiently and in a timely manner. We recommend his services for any guardianship needs you might have.

  I have only good things to say about Mr. Gollnick, who was faced with a difficult and complex situation with my mother after her incapacitating stroke. (I did not live in the state, and my father was already in nursing care.) He was exemplary in keeping me posted (long-distance, when I had to return to my job) and in doing all the work necessary, always on time. He impressed me as a very well organized person who would take the time to communicate clearly, whether it was in answer to a question, or by sending a note along with paperwork. He's very focused and obviously likes and takes pride in what he does. It was my good luck to have him represent us.
