  Wide variety of store and restaurants in what I would call an upscale mall. I only ate in the food court and left, which is why I’m only giving it 4-stars.

  I was surprised to see that a lot of the stores at The Woodlands Mall now close at 8 p.m. — I guess I’m still used to pre-COVID hours when they stayed open until 9. Several stores were already pulling down their gates or closing one entrance 10–15 minutes early, which was a little frustrating but understandable since employees are ready to go home. Parking around Dick’s Sporting Goods is always tough since it’s such a busy area with its own outside entrance. On top of that, I accidentally ended up with two left Nike shoes after a purchase — my fault for not double-checking, but it’s something the staff usually catch at checkout when they verify sizes. They didn’t this time, so I had to make an extra trip back the next day to exchange it. Overall, the mall is still nice and clean, but I miss the later hours and hope they can keep up a little more consistency at closing time and checkout.

  This mall is the most spectacular shopping center Ive ever graces. 2 stories with every store you could possibly imagine, and then some! You find everything you need. Parking is hard to find

  Amazing mall with so many shops, plentiful food court and easily accessible parking lots all around.
