  I have lived at The Wood Companies’ 939 North High building for 7 years, and I truly could not have asked for a better experience! They are the absolute best landlords you could ever hope for. The building and apartments are exceptionally well-maintained, featuring high-end finishes, top-quality appliances, and beautiful furnishings. Maintenance is outstanding — they are incredibly responsive and always fix any issue, big or small, in less than 24 hours. It’s clear that The Wood Companies take great pride in their properties and genuinely care about their residents’ comfort and satisfaction. After 7 wonderful years here, I can confidently say that living at 939 North High has been nothing short of exceptional. I highly recommend The Wood Companies to anyone looking for a beautiful, well-managed home with truly first-class service.

  I lived in Victorian Village with the Wood Companies for 2 years and really enjoyed my experience. The location was great, the staff was always very friendly and prompt to offer support- especially maintenance! My AC went out and they had a temporary window unit to my place within a few hours. I decided to move to the country due to the noise of being downtown, and health concerns related to air quality and chemical sensitivity but that would be an issue for me no matter which apartment I chose in the city. They got my deposit back to me promptly and even helped to get my mail to me after I moved out! Would recommend.

  I had an awesome experience living at one of The Wood Companies apartment buildings for a year! (Hubbard Park Place) The management team was exceptional—responsive, friendly, and always willing to go the extra mile. Special thanks to Kathie, who made the move-in process smooth and was a fantastic point of contact for any questions or maintenance needs.

  My boyfriend and I lived in The Brunner Building for a year. I cannot recommend The Wood Companies enough. We’ve lived in multiple cities and have never seen a management company go so above and beyond for residents. Communication, issue resolution, and overall care for residents is top tier. We were so sad to leave our beautiful apartment!

  I had a great experience renting through the Wood Companies for several years. Apartments are beautiful and location is very walkable. Kathie was extremely responsive with any inquiry and the entire maintenance team (especially Will) was quick to address any issues that came up at the apartment which I really appreciated. I highly recommend!
