In the past, I had gone with the more expensive HD retailer but found they lacked great customer service and follow up skills. I had The Window Shoppe install new shades (room darkening and up/downs) installed and they were able to complete in less than 1 month of ordering. Great communication and customer service. Also Installation was so easy and quick fitting perfect and exactly the way I wanted it to be installed. It was hardly a chore for me to come home in less than 20min he installed all. Great cleanup afterwards too. The product is beautiful and durable and did I mention less than half the price of Hunter Douglas dealer. I can't wait to save on my oil bill this winter!
