  Dined here twice while staying at the hotel. Food was delicious, staff were quick to seat us and return when we needed them. Price was fair. Setting was a bit romantic with the low lights. After full days of bright lights at an event I appreciated the low light atmosphere. Music playing at just the right volume.

  Everyone was very friendly and helpful. The hostess named Nily was fantastic. She was so friendly and willing to help. She went out of her way to offer me help and found answers to my questions. She made my stay so much more comfortable when family was going through medical procedures. Her rating is outstanding.

  I had a great lunch at The Wilson in Orlando. I ordered the Buffalo wings, The Wilson hamburger, and a Crooked Can Space Cowboi IPA, and everything was excellent. Nichole, my server, was fantastic. She knew the menu well, gave great recommendations, and stayed on top of everything. Joey, the GM, was super friendly and welcoming. He suggested the pizzas, which looked amazing, and I will be back to try them. I sat near the open kitchen and watched the chef work. It was impressive to see how efficient and talented he was while keeping everything moving smoothly. Overall, The Wilson exceeded my expectations with great food, attentive service, and a warm, inviting atmosphere. As I said, I will be back!

  Some of the best food at a hotel the wife and I have had. GET THE PIZZA. Lisa stood out above everyone, serving us drinks and food. She did an amazing job creating a rapport with us. We were able to joke all day long! She made sure people at the bar and the pool were constantly helped or serves, whether it was food, drinks, directions, ideas around the area, etc. But that doesn't mean there weren't other great people. Bryan, Frank and Clave were amazing people to talk to at the bar. And if you didn't feel like talking, they were able to take the hint. If you felt like talking, they recognized that as well and would plant the seed and it rooted a convo.

  Good morning my travelers, hoping all is well. A couple of months we stayed here at the MELIA in Celebration, and my review says it all. This weeks review is about the WILSON restaurant located in the MELIA resort, and it starts with “Francisco” and hi is the restaurant manager. I will say that the food and service are amazing, but along with Francisco the combination of both, makes you wanna stay longer and ENJOY even further. When a manager takes the time to introduce himself to you, and make sure your HAPPY with your experience, you can only say thank you and embrace it he time tour there. He made sure that all was on point, as well his recommendations on food were really top notch. This location will continue to strive and put a SMILE on your face, especially when you have management making sure you are taken care of. Even though we live only 35 minutes away, this place will always be our favorite go to. So the next time you want to get away, and just spend a couple of days in bliss, don’t hesitate and come to the MELIA in Celebration and definitely ask for “Francisco” Like always, I wish you all SAFE travels to your next destination, and if you come here, you never know if the blad guy sitting with a drink it’s me.
