    I currently live in the state of Florida and drove up to Georgia not looking to apply to anything just yet but get some prices and look around but me and my husband were kindly greeted by Ashley and she has such a welcoming aura and was delightful from the time we stepped in to stepping out. During our visit she went over everything step by step and has been so accommodating as we actually ended up applying that same day!! Ashley is very professional and at the same time has casual conversations so it’s not all just $ and with that I greatly appreciate it. We’re moving in September and I can’t wait to be apart of this community with such great management. Thanks again Ashley! - Patricia & Anthony

    It’s not common for me to leave reviews, but then I thought about how quick I am to speak up when something goes wrong, yet how rarely I take the time to say, “Omg, you did so great” So here I am, giving credit where it's due. I’ll try to make this as detailed as possible so hopefully I can answer any questions you may have about this community and help you make an informed decision. The leasing office team has been amazing from day one. Everyone I’ve interacted with, whether it’s the property manager, assistant manager, or front office staff, has consistently been courteous, professional, and genuinely helpful. STANDING OVATION for their communication. They actually respond, and they do it quickly….. something I haven’t seen often in past apartments :/ The maintenance team also deserves a shoutout. They are generally really fast, especially when it comes to emergency situations. I've had a couple of those come up, and they were handled with urgency and care. For non-emergency work orders, they sometimes take a little longer, which I completely understand. If I’ve experienced an emergency, chances are others are too. What I really appreciate is that they communicate any delays. They don’t just leave you wondering; they keep you in the loop, and that level of transparency goes a long way. Paying rent is so simple. The online portal is straightforward and reliable, which honestly just makes life easier. (They also have autopay and send reminders about payments to better assist) Another thing I really value is the sense of community here. They host regular resident events and even though I usually can’t make it, I love that they put together these gatherings for us. (things like food trucks, games, seasonal parties, little giveaways which and they really help create a welcoming environment) In terms of accessibility, the location couldn’t be better. It’s close to everything!!!! The complex itself feels safe and is kept clean and well-maintained. The groundsman is super sweet and I see him working really hard every morning.. BUT I also appreciate my neighbors for this as well because I’ve been places where my neighbors trash everything. #kudos Overall, I’ve had a genuinely positive experience living here. The management team is clearly invested in making sure residents are comfortable and taken care of, and that level of effort really shows. If you're looking for a place where people are responsive, the property is well-managed, and there's a real sense of community, I’d absolutely recommend checking out Whitney.

    They got my information from online somewhere. A leasing agent called ME during work, and then laughed out loud when I told her my budget. They need better training, and to get a grip.
