  I was having great difficulty dealing with a tenant in my garage apartment who was causing us great difficulty, not paying rent and refusing to leave in a timely way when we indicated we wanted to sell the property. The Weaver Law firm dealt with the situation firmly and decisively, and in the end getting the renter to vacate in a timely manner. Len Walker kept on the situation until it was resolved.

Mr. Walker reviewed and consulted on a rather lengthy and comprehensive home builders construction and purchase agreement. Not what I expected since the reviews were do good. 😪 I want to update my review As a small business owner who understands the value of great customer service, this is exactly what I received from Mr. Weaver.
