  My leasing experience at The Waverly at Winter Haven was amazing! From the very first conversation, everything was clear, professional, and super easy to understand. Elijah, the leasing consultant, was awesome he actually took the time to answer all my questions, kept me updated, and made the whole process stress-free. He was friendly, knowledgeable, and really went above and beyond. Definitely one of the best leasing experiences I’ve had!

  I am so happy I decided to walk through those doors at the Waverly at Winter Haven. Their Leasing Specialist, Elijah Castro was so professional and knowledgeable. He made me and family feel very comfortable and confident in making the right decision. I would highly recommend The Waverly at Winter Haven to those who are in search of a new place to live.   From the moment that we got here, Giovanni, the maintenance supervisor has been an absolute wonder. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and I had no idea how repairs and all that work. This is my first time living in an apartment complex and I had no idea how repairs and all that work. I didn’t have AC over the weekend and he came in on Monday morning, fixed it immediately for me and told me to not ever go without AC again. Call. He cares. You can tell. He is never annoyed. We need more like him. The community itself is great. Everybody that’s in here has been nothing but friendly… And management is always trying to do something new and creative for us. I’m blessed that kanoy was able to get us in and I tank god every day for them
