  Ivan and the entire maintenance team were always on top of things! Whenever something was needed they were there to fix it asap. Ivan was always professional, helpful, and kind.

  If you are planning to live here and enjoy having packages delivered via UPS or Fedex, They will leave your packages outside and they WILL get stolen. Management says they are 'not allowed' to reach out to neighbors to see if a package was picked up erroneously. Update: In this particular instance, management has been communicative and somewhat helpful, so I at least give them credit for helping as much as they can.

  Ivan was fantastic! I had a great experience here at Waverly and enjoyed the maintenance experience was always prompt. I really had fun here
