  In the process of searching for a new home and I had the pleasure of being assisted by Lexi from the leasing office. She was so pleasant and informative through the whole experience. I had a lot of questions and Lexi was very thorough which left me feeling heard and understood. She is an asset to your beautiful community.

  I’ve lived at Banyan Grove in Boynton Beach since 2018, and I’m still here nearly eight years later for a reason. My one-bedroom home has been a calm, well-kept retreat for me and my dog Obi. From the walking trails to the pool lounge to the dog park, the community is designed for real, everyday living. The grounds are immaculate—it’s genuinely a pleasure to walk Obi in the mornings and unwind on the paths in the evenings. What truly sets Banyan Grove apart is the people. I want to highlight the team that has consistently taken care of me: Sandra – Property Manager Sandra sets the tone for the entire community. Her leadership shows in the way Banyan Grove runs—organized, responsive, and resident-focused. Any time there’s a policy update, a question about renewals, or a community concern, Sandra communicates clearly and follows through. You can feel Sandra’s pride in keeping Banyan Grove safe, beautiful, and consistent year after year. Stormy – Assistant Manager Stormy is my go-to for the day-to-day, and she is outstanding. Whether it’s a billing question, a paperwork nuance, or a scheduling detail, Stormy solves it quickly and kindly. I’ve lost count of how many times Stormy has made something complicated feel easy. If you want a team member who truly listens and gets results, it’s Stormy. Steffane – Senior Leasing Representative From my first tour through multiple renewals, Steffane has been a steady, knowledgeable guide. Steffane knows the layouts, the policies, and the little quality-of-life details that matter when you’re choosing a home. I appreciate how Steffane anticipates questions and follows up—no chasing, no confusion, just clear, friendly support. Lexi – Leasing Representative Lexi is the definition of welcoming. Whether I’m asking about community updates, amenity hours, or recommending a walking route for Obi, Lexi is upbeat, informed, and on top of the details. I’ve seen Lexi treat every prospective and current resident with the same warmth—quick answers, helpful reminders, and genuine care. Maintenance Crew The maintenance team deserves a serious shout-out. They are kind, friendly, and incredibly helpful—the kind of professionals you’re happy to see at your door. Requests are handled quickly and done right the first time, and they always check in to make sure everything is working the way it should. That reliability makes apartment living stress-free.

  I toured with Lexi and she was absolutely amazing!! She went above and beyond to help me find the best fit, even staying after work hours to get my application started. After my first tour, she kept in touch and updated me on availability, which I truly appreciated. Lexi was so welcoming and made me feel super comfortable about moving here. She really shows the care that management has for their residents and the time and effort they put in to make sure everyone is happy!!

  I am a new resident and I just want to say that my experience has been great since day one. Steffane is amazing. She was very helpful during the application process and made everything very easy. Everyone in the office is so nice. Stormy helped me when Steffane wasn’t available and she was wonderful. The Villages of Banyan Grove is my new home and I am looking forward to making new, great memories.

  There's no such thing as the perfect community, but Villages of Banyan Grove Is pretty dang close! Villages is a great community. Safe, clean, and peaceful. The management is friendly and courteous and they handle all communications and requests from residents with speed and efficiency. They're also always hosting nice events for residents to connect and celebrate holidays and the community. I've been living here for half a year and I've loved every minute of it. It's not flawless, of course, but the issues I have with the community are nitpicks that I have found with many other communities as well: Periodical issues with the trash compactor, Loud upstairs neighbors, competitive parking, slight repairs/improvements needed with the amenities. But overall, Banyan Grove has been a blessing. Any issues I may have, they make up for in droves. Out of the 9+ communities I went through looking for my first apartment, Banyan Grove was unbeatable.
