  Been here for a while and it is a great place to live! The new manager, Sharron, has been fantastic! Very helpful and really knows what she is doing. The place has really improved in a short period of time. The proximity to local businesses and the general location are both amazing. Definitely glad that I choose to move here!

  I live here for past 6 months in 2nd floor and want to give my genuine feedback. “Sharron” has been an outstanding property manager — reliable, organized, and genuinely caring. She handles maintenance requests efficiently, communicates clearly, and always ensures the property is in top condition. Her professionalism and positive attitude make a huge difference. Highly appreciated and recommend this apartment “The View” at Charlesworth. 🙂😊

  Sharron might actually be the reason I chose this location. I had a limited apartment hunt time and when I told her it was this place or another, she worked with my limited timeline, was prepped to show me a place on short notice, and helped me compare all the features I cared about specifically. She is super accommodating, I've had very minor issues moving in, and Sharron was extremely accommodating in allowing me to (as a new apartment renter) navigate apartment living with a lot of compassion. She has made my transition with moving from a small rural northern community to the city easy as pie. The maintenance line (emergency number) and maintenance schedule is no joke either, it helps me feel really secure that the management of this building is on top of things. I had a minor issue and Sharron scheduled a repair which was done without any feeling of invasiveness or inconvenience during my move in and shortly after - all in all my time at The View has been beyond compare. Good management really makes all the difference.

  We lived at The View at Charlesworth for about 5 months and we absolutely loved the experience. The location of this apartment complex is so convenient to all Supermarkets, parks, recreational areas, and other essential places. The Resident Manager, Sharron, was so helpful, friendly, and supportive. Sharron made our moving in and moving out experience a breeze. We only had to relocate due to family circumstances, otherwise, we really saw ourselves living here long-term. Loved the overall experience very much!
