The apartments are very clean and I love how utilities are included! Staff is super friendly and helpful! A great option for NMSU/DACC students looking for a home. We are just waiting on the pool inspection to clear so that we can use it.

After having lived here for over a year now I can say that for the most part it is a solid choice for college students. You get a big room, bathroom, and closet all to yourself. As well as a lot of amenities. This is an old property, so there are some damages and small cracks in the walls. Along with signs of aging. But for the most part this is a great place to live!

Living at The Verge Apartments in Las Cruces has been such a wonderful experience. From the start, I’ve felt not just like a resident, but part of a community. The property itself is well-kept, comfortable, and has all the amenities I need, but what truly makes it stand out are the people. I’ve met some of the kindest, most genuine individuals here—neighbors who turned into friends, and staff who go out of their way to make sure everyone feels welcome and taken care of. There’s a real sense of connection and warmth that makes coming home feel special. Whether it’s relaxing around the community spaces, sharing laughs with neighbors, or simply feeling at ease knowing I’m in a safe and friendly environment, The Verge has exceeded my expectations. It’s rare to find an apartment complex where the people matter just as much as the place itself, but here, that’s exactly what you’ll find. I’m truly grateful for the lovely people I’ve met and for the sense of belonging The Verge has given me—it feels less like an apartment complex and more like home.

The rent and room are both fine to say the least, but the most atrocious thing about this place that I cannot stand after living here for a little over a month is the internet. It randomly disconnects multiple time a day, multiple times A WEEK. There was a time where the internet just did not work for 5 days STRAIGHT while I was studying for my exam. I don't know why this complex is even using single digits, they are not good. If the owner wants to resolve this, PLEASE CHANGE SERVICE PROVIDERS ASAP. Otherwise, I find it hard to say that this place "enhances" my student experience.
