  We scheduled a tour for a three-bedroom apartment, clearly stating in advance that we were only interested in a 3-bedroom. We were invited for an appointment and the time was confirmed. However, when we arrived, the leasing office staff ignored us, even though we could clearly see them inside. No one opened the door, and by the time our appointment started, we saw that the staff were just enjoying their lunch. In the end, we were told that there were no apartments available to view, and we had come for nothing. This was by far the worst and most disrespectful experience we’ve ever had trying to tour an apartment.

  Roaches absolutely everywhere and management wont do anything about it, ive seen over 500 roaches total living here in my apartment alone, i walk in my bathroom and i saw at least 6-7 at first glance and dont get me started on the kitchen, in the cabinets, ice cube machine, water dispenser on the counter, even inside the fridge, all of the pantries, in the dishwasher, everywhere. There was at least 3-4x the amount of roaches i saw anywhere else. we had extermination come in, took out items from cabinets and left for the night only for them to do absolutely nothing, the next day right after they left there was still roaches lmfao, no matter how much you keep it clean theres still pests. Even the other neighbors complain about the roaches, there was never any bugs until the manager changed. It makes it unlivable here and management knows they can get away with not fixing it even though its a health code violation and california law deems all bug and pest infestations as uninhabitable. Which means i could sue, please fix the bug problem theres a reason why theres always people moving in and out constantly + the rent is always being raised

  Zunday the manager does not care about her tenants. She's rude, pushy, and disrespectful. Plus, She dress very unprofessional in the office like she's going to a night club.

  We had both our cars broken into within the same month. The cameras don't work and have to many blind spots. Corporate office has not tried to fix them at all. We hear loud music/noise and bass all night even after midnight. There's always residents arguing or fighting outside. The building may look nice but its a different story when you move in. Zunday is a good manager but we still can't wait to move out!

  I love living at the verandas! I definitely recommend living here! I moved here from Le blanc, the apartment next to verandas! I thought it was the same owner until I visited this community! Management is waaaayyyy better than any community I have ever lived! The manager zunday is very on top of everything!! The porter Norma is incredible with all the cleaning of the community, everywhere u go is clean! The new maintenance guy Sam, is very professional, when i requested a time and date to fix something In my apartment,he was there on time and very knowledgeable!! I respect how they all work hard here!! I feel comfortable with the management, they make us feel important!! Among all the community I lived this is by far the ideal home and management that anyone can ever have! I know this for sure and really appreciate every effort they put in this community!! Ps. They are always 100 percent occupied! You have to be in their waitlist to get in here!! I waited over a month to get my spot and it is all worth it! I plan to stay for as long as I they will let me!!
