  The only reason im giving a 5 star is because of Nakita! She is warm, welcoming and super dillegent. Aside from her, the property needs some serious care, roaches, etc. That would get a 1 star, unfortunately. The apartments are huge and absolutely beautiful. Not sure roaches are an easy fix, but if they can nip that in the bud, it would be a 5 star all day.

  I ABSOLUTELY LOVE THE IT HERE!!! And the people in the leasing office are amazing, ESPECIALLY Niki!!! She is so sweet, and helpful!!! I’m so glad she’s a part of the team here to help things run smoothly, and efficiently! Every time I see her in the leasing office, she always has a big smile on her face and a kind word!!

  Nakila demonstrated exceptional professionalism throughout my experience. She went above and beyond to make me feel like part of her family, which really influenced my decision to move into these stunning apartments. I absolutely love my new home! The spacious layout provides plenty of room for my belongings, and the upgrades are truly beautiful, adding a modern touch to the space. One of my favorite features is the balcony—it’s incredibly large and perfect for enjoying my morning coffee or unwinding in the evenings. Overall, I couldn’t be happier with my choice! ❤️😍ew home!   I came to visit these apartments because I truly love how they look and was very interested in leasing. Unfortunately, my experience with Nakita completely changed my mind. She has been extremely rude every time I’ve interacted with her. She even told me she was the manager, when in reality I saw her sitting in the second office near the actual manager. That type of dishonesty, along with her disrespectful attitude, is unacceptable. She talks to people as if she owns the place, but no ma’am — you need to respect customers. Because of how upset and disrespected she made me feel, I will not be leasing here. Management needs to take this behavior seriously, or otherwise you will be losing a lot of customers.
