- LALara A.Sep 21, 20201.0Really frustrated with this place. I scheduled a grooming appointment for my dogs in June so they can be groomed in September. Their appointment was cancelled and I wasn't notified because their groomer no longer works there. I found that out when I called them the day of the appointment to see why they haven't called me to confirm and I was told that information about the groomer and they said they'd add me to the cancellation list. It is now 2 1/2 weeks later and still no one has called me to set an appointment for my dogs. now looking for another grooming place and God knows how much longer my poor dogs have to wait to get groomed.
