Two employees up front with a line to the door. While waiting, I emailed my two copies to their email for printing. One employee processing people and one employee scanning things in plastic bags and emptying boxes of plastic buys with items on them on the counter to emphasize HIS choice for not helping employee one.
Told her that I had sent my attachments to their email and only needed one copy. I ended up stepping aside for her to check which seemed way too much to ask. She printed them out $2.00 each for B/W copy. Even got a bonus lecture about her procedures and HER protocols. Give the OTHER employee the people job and let her scan the plastic bags for boxes. Being from out-of-town, I will drive to the store on Oak Ridge next time.

The UPS Store in Clinton, TN is truly a gem! Every time we visit, we're greeted by an amazing owner and staff who go out of their way to make the experience enjoyable. Whether it's shipping, printing, or notary services, they’re always helpful, professional, and kind — no matter how busy they are.
What really sets them apart is their genuine care for their customers. They always take a moment to check in, remember your name, and treat you like a neighbor, not just a number. It’s the kind of personalized service that’s hard to find these days.
If you're looking for reliable and friendly business services in the Clinton or Anderson County area, this is the place to go. Highly recommend!

I understand that policy is policy however I was charged $3.95 for basically a reprint label. Unfortunately, I didn’t have a way to print the label myself. the company of which I was returning the package sent me the actual UPS label. I totally don’t understand why I was charged $3.95 for nothing more than a reprint. Employee 286006 was not helpful at all and in my opinion was rude. I’ll think twice before I return my business to UPS, over a measly $3.95.

Wonderful facility and exceptional staff. A lady assisted me yesterday and she was above and beyond an exceptional employee.
