  I just shipped a package at The UPS Store and was very pleased with the service. The staff was friendly, professional, and quick. Everything was handled smoothly. The UPS Store is a great addition to the neighborhood — I’ll definitely be coming back.

  Not happy! I went into UPS about 4:30 pm (Sat) to return an item to Amazon.There were 2 people ahead of me. The one UPS employee there was sitting at a desk with a couple. It may have been a notarization. When nobody appeared at the front window I politely asked the employee with the couple if anyone else was working. In a very SNARKY tone she answered NO…just one word…NO. There was no apology or explanation. She couldn’t have cared less about me or the other people waiting. I left. POOR customer care on so many levels but especially the sttirude of the employee. I usually do my Amazon returns at Amazon Fresh. I went to UPS this time because I was in the same shopping center for something else. . NOT next time though; and if I need to use a UPS store again it won’t ever be this location!!

  They nickle and dime you for everything here. Choose to pickup a package because the merchant offers “free shipping” and this store won’t release it to you unless you pay $5. What’s the point? They also charge more to print a shipping label than any other piece of paper. Classic price gouging for the one reason someone might need printing services here. I

  Quick and easy service, Chris also reassured me that the internet router box was also taped from the bottom and told me that it would be picked up throughout the day.

  I’m waiting for this location to open now. And reading the reviews. I’ve come here several times and have had nothing but the best of experience. I hope I’m not jinxing myself. lol.
