  Not open at 10 am on Wednesday (sept 3, 2025)! In a bit of irony, a UPS truck was stopped in front while it's driver was trying to enter the store but couldn't evause it was closed. This location is unprofesional.

  Multiple occurrences of this store not opening at 8:30am according to store hours and signage on their door. Today I got to the store at 8:20am and waited until 8:50am and the store was STILL NOT OPENED. I understand things happen with staff but this has happened more than 3 times at this location. Please find a new person to open on time according to business hours!

  This store is a joke. They randomly close or open whenever they feel like it. UPS should shut them down. Wasting time going there is very frustrating.

  Not related to the staff exactly but as a follow up to a previous review, this location continues to fail to open ON TIME. I had to drop off a return today, July 2nd, and it's easier to do in the morning rather than stepping away from my desk midday. It was 9:05am so I headed there and arrived around 9:10am to see 2 people waiting by the locked door. This is a repeat occurrence otherwise I wouldn't bother with the review. It needs to get better. I'm done with this location for the next few months. Which sucks because the parking here is a little better than the other location. But I have no faith in this location as they are constantly over 30 minutes late opening.
