  I shipped a large check that needed to be delivered next day. The person handling the transaction was juggling a phone call, another customer, and I. The day it was supposed to be delivered, the tracking number tells me they're still waiting to receive the package (I shipped it in store and they put a label on it right in front of me). Tried to call the store, their phone line listed on UPS official site is disconnected and doesn't take calls. I go into the store, the person pulls up the tracking number, looks at the status and shrugs saying that everything was picked up the day I shipped it. At no point did he actually look around or check. Then a two hour hold on UPS' customer support with no one ever picking up. This company sucks and has zero regard for any of their customers. I would rate them a zero if I could.

  Ben runs such a wonderful UPS location. He’s always positive, kind and helpful. I love having a trusted neighborhood UPS store that feels like part of the community where the owner and staff really care about the clients. I go out of my way to go to this location. There’s always parking, and never a wait. Not only is the service excellent, it’s speedy, which is much appreciated. Thank you!!

  The owner and partners running this UPS are very kind and helpful. One time I dropped off a package and forgot to put a label on it, I came back three days later and the guy looked at me and said ‘I saved your package, there was no label.’ It saved me a lot of money. I can’t believe how thoughtful it was

  Was charged $18 for 'packing' to box my item. Once it was delivered I found that it was 3 cut up boxes taped together with no wrap or protection inside the box. Absolute joke. Damaged the item inside as well. Avoid the older gentleman that works at this store or dont let them pack/box anything for yoh
