  Probably one of the rudest employees I've ever seen work one of these stores. I've been twice now and both times have been negative. I'll drive out of my way to go to the store on Stacy Rd from now on.

  This guy name Bishaw has a very nasty attitude. He’s working at a wrong place . He do not know how to treat a customer in a nice way

  Hello Readers.. I gave one star because there is no les choice. I was in this store on Saturday Aug 23. It was a horrible experience. NO GREETINGS. The guy at the counter was a part time employee according to his statement and was extremely rude. Did not think that good Customer service was his obligation. Wanted me to read out the sender and receiver details of the Driving License because he said he cannot read. He had his daughter or a female assistant in the shop as well and every time customers will ask her a question HE will reply to them from distance and in some case yelling. When I saw customers getting upset at him, I asked him why he is answering the questions on her behalf. His answer "She is a Minor". Never gonna go back to a place which promotes such negativity. Why would the management have him or the so called Minor running this business. so disappointing..................

  I was happy that they opened a UPS store less than a mile from my house. On my first visit I saw an extremely rude employee, I think named Mustafa or something close to it. This guy has no manners or customer service. Walked out and drove to the one on Stacy Rd, driving another 3 miles. The employees are so much more polite and personable. Will never go back to this store.

  Tesfaye is amazing, such extra ordinary service. I had no clue what I was doing and was meant to be at USPS, but he went out of his way to assist me. Taped up my little box even! Thank you Tesfaye!!!!
