The employee appeared to be placing something in a box and continued doing so for about 3–4 minutes while I stood waiting. He didn’t acknowledge me until another customer came in, at which point he finally set his task aside. He didn’t speak, just pointed to the scale after I let him know I have two packages I’ll be sending off and have a QR to scan for each. I’m not sure if his attitude toward me and lack of urgency was racially motivated or if he’s just rude. Either way, I won’t be returning.
