  Had to send a damaged product back to the manufacturer today and was blown away by the attentiveness and professionalism with which I was treated. From the minute I entered the store, all of the staff were extremely personable, knowledgeable and accommodating. In a day and age where this type of customer service is rarely displayed it was so impressive and refreshing to experience this behavior. Kudos to Ms. Marissa Wolfe and her team at tye McCandless UPS Store for giving me hope that there are still groups out there that believe in exceeding customer's expectations!

  I took an odd sized object to be shipped to Arizona and Marissa was very helpful and took a lot of time to find the smallest box possible to save money on shipping. I highly recommend this UPS store and thank Marissa for a job well done!

  Had a wonderful experience with Jordin at the UPS Store in McCandless Crossing. There some glitches with the package I was mailing and she got it all sorted. Very nice young woman

  The new ownership group is a complete 180 from the prior owners. For years I used to avoid this UPS and purposely drive further to Wexford where service was great (and still is). Guess what?! Both stores are now owned by the same group, and the McCandless customer service and overall service is on par with Wexford. It's been a few months but I can happily say that I don't mind this UPS any longer. Between both locations I'm a daily visitor. Keep up the good work!
