I use the UPS Store on Circle everytime I need to send large packages. Cassidy has always been cheerful and efficient, even when the store was packed and she was short help!

Stopped in as I was in the area for work and had an Amazon return to make. I’ve been doing returns via UPS for years and I’m aware of when I have to label/package my return myself vs. when I can just show up without a box or label (it explicitly states no box no label).
I went in with a box as I was just using that to transport the items as I had a few pairs of shoes to return. Upon realizing I couldn’t do self service because the two shoe boxes paired together on one return did not fit in the provided plastic bags, I walked up to the counter and showed my QR code and asked if they could dispose of my box I no longer needed as the answer was no. I understood and continued along, the guy at the desk said the item didn’t fit in their bags and I needed a box so then I allowed him to use that instead. He then required me to pay $1 for them to tape the box. I had some tape on me and just used some scotch. It wasn’t about the dollar but more so that I’ve never gone to any other UPS store location and had this experience. It’s says no box no label so I didn’t even have to provide a box, that should’ve been on them to locate a box and tape the item.

Wonderful experience!! Fast and friendly crew. Many years ago this store had the worst experience. Now I go out my way to go to this store because of the great team, management, and service. Very glad to have this store in town!
