  I have not shipped here yet, but I have four very large boxes sitting by my door that I need to take down three flights of stairs to be returned at this UPS store because it is the closest. I gave it five stars for now and will follow up once I Ship my packages and see how everything goes. I’m a little apprehensive based on the reviews on here so I am rolling the dice and hoping for the best.

  Amazing location! Staff is always willing to help out and go the extra mile to ensure you have a comfortable experience printing or shipping. If you are polite and patient they will be the same to you. I see too many frustrated people berate staff, so take other reviews gently, this store is worth the support 🙌

  Maria is wonderful. She is kind, efficient, helpful, knowledgeable and keeps things running smoothly for every one. Today I struggled with some Amazon returns. She multitasked brilliantly- she personally helped me at the same time she was helping the constant stream of incoming customers, so they didn't have to wait while I figured my stuff out.Thank you and Bravo Maria!!
