  I have been a loyal customer of this UPS Store since I relocated , frequently coming in for printing and scanning services. Unfortunately, my most recent experience was very disappointing. I was charged a price for printing and scanning that was significantly higher than what I have paid in the past for similar or even larger jobs. When I tried to explain this to the owner, instead of listening and showing understanding toward a repeat customer, she became dismissive and condescending. She suggested that I didn’t understand the process and even implied that I come there because I lack the resources to do these tasks at home. No sweetheart, sometimes it’s out of convenience especially when files are large and you’d rather preserve “your” ink As someone who is educated and fully aware of what I’ve paid on numerous prior visits, I found this treatment extremely disrespectful. Rather than acknowledging my concerns as a loyal customer, the owner chose to go back and forth with me in front of others waiting in line. Out of respect for the other customers, I simply paid the amount and left, but the experience left me feeling belittled and undervalued. I truly hope this store reconsiders how it treats loyal clients. Respect, consistency, and professionalism should be a priority in customer service.

  The team at this UPS Store was amazing! They went above and beyond to help me out when I needed it most. Super friendly, professional, and efficient — I really appreciated their excellent service. Highly recommend this location!
