Visited this location a couple weeks ago and everything started off great. I was helped by a woman that was very efficient and transparent with me when it came to packing and shipping out a gift for my best friend. However, things took a turn for the worst when her co worker was unable to carry out his task with the customers he was attending. He was helping out an older couple, they were taking passport photos and he took them multiple times but the older couple insisted they would be rejected, since they had already had been rejected in the past. Like I mentioned he took the pictures multiple times and could not figure it out, the last attempt he did I could see what they were talking about because they showed me the picture, he was very rude and passive aggressive, and emphasized that he only zoomed in because the couple had told him to do so, but I used to work at the post office and I know there are certain guidelines that pictures need to adhere to in order to be used. Long story short, he was rude to an elderly couple that were being so kind and patient with him. The woman that was helping me ended up taking over for him, she asked the gentleman to finish up my shipment (all he needed to do was charge me) she advised him that I also needed to be charged for packing, however he only charged me for the shipment, and when she realized she had him charge me for packing, so I had to pay twice. It was an inconvenience to me to have to finish off my transaction with a person that clearly doesn’t know what they are doing, and it was so sad to see that young man loose his patience with the elderly couple, even though it’s clearly him who lacks the knowledge/training to take those photos. Team members that aren’t properly equipped/trained to do certain things put a strain on their co workers, she was helping me, and also babysitting her co worker. I hope this employee gets the training he needs, and I hope in the future he can be more humble, especially when it’s him who’s the problem.
